Return and refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What we can accept back

The sandals must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please try them on indoors on a clean surface — a sole that has been worn outside cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at {{ email }} with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with your return instructions and everything you need to send the pair back.

Please wait for that reply before posting anything. A parcel sent back on your own initiative cannot be matched to your order, and we cannot reimburse postage we did not arrange.

Return shipping is on us

We cover the cost of the return — whether the item is faulty, arrived damaged, is not what you ordered, or simply did not suit you. You will not be asked to pay to send a pair back.

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you also choose between a replacement and a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change size or design is to return the pair for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, email {{ email }} within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can put it right.

Cancellations

We dispatch within 48 hours, so please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once a parcel has left the warehouse it has to be handled as a return.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live.
