These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with STEPGLO. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are

2. Using this site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy, scrape, or resell any part of it without our written permission.
3. Products
Our sandals are children's footwear and should be fitted by an adult. Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering — the wrong size is the most common reason for a return.
We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but the way your screen renders an image is outside our control, so a small difference in shade is possible.
4. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. If a product is listed with an obvious error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment has been taken.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance of that offer happens when we dispatch the goods, at which point the contract is formed. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, that is placed for resale, or that we cannot fulfil.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery times, shipping costs, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and our return and refund policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page and form part of these terms.
7. Your account and the information you give us
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide. We are not liable for a delivery that fails because the information given to us was wrong.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, layout, logos and code — belongs to STEPGLO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
9. Content you submit
If you send us a review, photograph, comment or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm that it is your own, that it is not unlawful or offensive, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer and liability
We provide the site and its content as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
12. Indemnity
You agree to hold STEPGLO harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, that being where our business is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts where that law allows it.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
